We advise managers in negotiations with private equity investors in relation to Management Equity Programs (MEP) for around 20 years. For owner-managed companies, we develop virtual participation programs that do not alter the shareholder structure.
Furthermore, we have expertise in the development of compensation systems for the Management Board and Top Management and act as remuneration experts for the Supervisory Board. Well over 100 transactions represent our market leadership position in the German market.
