For more than 20 years, Alexander Goetz is specialized in advising management teams and private equity investors on the structuring of Management Participation Programs (MPP). In addition, both listed and non-listed companies consult him to address executive compensation issues. To date, he has supported around 200 Management Participation Programs and executive compensation models. Numerous publications and lectures on these topics further highlight his expertise.
Resume
Prof. Dr. Goetz holds degrees in Business Administration (“Diplom-Kaufmann”) and Law (“Rechtsassesor”). He was awarded a doctorate on the topic of “Legal and Economic Analysis of Equity Substitution Law”.
After joining the restructuring department and subsequently the group development and M&A department of Deutsche Bank AG, from 2000 to 2006 Alexander Götz advised companies on a wide range of financial strategy issues at BLÄTTCHEN & PARTNER AG, most recently as a member of the Executive Board. From 2006 to 2008, he was CFO of a Prime Standard listed company. Currently, he holds a professorship for entrepreneurship / corporate finance at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).

Dr. Konrad Boesl is a renowned Corporate Finance specialist with many years of experience. He has advised a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) in equity and debt financing as well as with regard to Investor Relation topics. As an author of essays, books and book contributions, he regularly publishes on current Corporate Finance issues, trends and developments.

Konrad Boesl studied business administration at the University of Munich and was awarded a doctorate in the field of risk management. His professional career led him to a renowned German management consultancy as assistant to the CEO of a listed international food group. In this position, he successfully built up the Corporate Finance division of the company, for which he was responsible as a member of the Executive Board. He continued his work in Corporate Finance as a founder and CEO of one of the most successful German IPO consulting companies. As of 2007, he held various management positions at Blättchen & Partner.

Sebastian joined Liberty in 2023 and is responsible for advisory services in the DACH region. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing corporate finance advice to companies, management teams and entrepreneurs.
Resume
Over the course of his career, he has managed financing projects ranging from traditional debt financing to equity financing via an IPO. He is passionate about the capital markets with a particular focus on company valuation. After training as a banker, he studied business administration at the University of Augsburg, specialising in finance, accounting and business law. Sebastian is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society. As such, the goals and interests of his clients are always at the centre of his work.
