Since around 25 years, we advise managers in negotiations with private equity investors in relation to Management Equity Programs (MEP). Well over 250 transactions represent our leadership position in the German market. For owner-managed companies, we develop virtual participation programs which do not alter the shareholder structure.

We identify the right buyer/seller that matches both the company’s and your individual goals. Also, we accompany the whole transaction process starting from the valuation of the company up until the contract is concluded. Further, we assist entrepreneurs in succession planning and managers in management buy-out or buy-in situations.
