Blätt­chen & Part­ner advi­ses the manage­ment of Karo Health­ca­re

Munich, April 14, 2025 — Blätt­chen & Part­ner has advi­sed the manage­ment team of Karo Health­ca­re on the sale to funds mana­ged by KKR.

Karo Health­ca­re (“Karo”) a lea­ding Pan-Euro­pean Con­su­mer health plat­form will chan­ge owner­ship fol­lo­wing the announce­ment that EQT has agreed to sell Karo to funds mana­ged by KKR, a lea­ding glo­bal invest­ment firm. The tran­sac­tion marks a signi­fi­cant mile­stone in Karo’s jour­ney, fol­lo­wing a peri­od of rapid trans­for­ma­ti­on, geo­gra­phic expan­si­on, and stra­te­gic port­fo­lio deve­lo­p­ment.

The tran­sac­tion is sub­ject to cus­to­ma­ry regu­la­to­ry con­di­ti­ons and appr­ovals and is expec­ted to clo­se in the coming months. The finan­cial details of the tran­sac­tion were kept con­fi­den­ti­al by the par­ties.

Blätt­chen & Part­ner advi­sed the manage­ment of Karo around the CEO Chris­toff­er Loren­zen on the manage­ment par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on pro­gram.
