Blätt­chen & Part­ner advi­ses the manage­ment of d&b audio­tech­nik

Munich, 31. July 2023 – The Ardi­an Buy­out team has sold its majo­ri­ty sta­ke in d&b audio­tech­nik to Pro­vi­dence Equi­ty Part­ners. As part of the tran­sac­tion, d&b’s manage­ment team will re-invest along­side Pro­vi­dence and con­ti­nue to suc­cessful­ly deve­lop the com­pa­ny. Blätt­chen & Part­ner has advi­sed the manage­ment team in the tran­sac­tion, in par­ti­cu­lar on the re-invest­ment.
