Blätt­chen & Part­ner advi­ses the manage­ment of United Initia­tors on the sale to Equis­tone Part­ners Euro­pe

Munich, 18.08.2016. Equis­tone Part­ners Euro­pe (“Equis­tone”), one of Euro­pe’s lea­ding equi­ty inves­tors, has a majo­ri­ty sta­ke in United Initia­tors (“UI”) tog­e­ther with manage­ment.

Pre­vious owners were Visi­on Capi­tal and Spey­si­de Equi­ty. The par­ties have agreed not to dis­c­lo­se the purcha­se pri­ce. The com­pa­ny, based in Pul­lach near Munich, is one of the worl­d’s lar­gest manu­fac­tu­r­ers of che­mi­cal initia­tors.
